“These classes are the best I've ever done, between the super knowledgeable instructors, the supportive and fun atmosphere, and small size it was just what I needed to start weight lifting. I'm just about to turn 40 and can confidently say I've never been stronger!”

“These classes are critical for my sense of community and mental health. I prioritize being able to attend the classes to keep feeling good, increasing my strength and agility, and providing a safe space to challenge myself with something new. I even impressed myself with my improvements. The atmosphere is energetic and entertaining. The people are the best.”
