Erin Williams

PT, DPT

Erin is a born and raised Missoulian, shaped by the vibrant community and wild spaces in Montana. She graduated from one of the top programs in the country at the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2021.

Erin believes in a collaborative relationship with her patients. Improving their quality of life through movement, with a strong emphasis on strength training, motor control, and evidence-based interventions to objectively improve outcomes. Whether a patient’s goal is to independently stand up out of a chair or scale a mountain range, or walk confidently from their car to a friend’s home, or draw their bow to harvest food for the year, Erin loves to problem solve to help the body move how it needs to achieve meaningful motion.

Her primary interests are orthopedic/sport rehabilitation, with a keen curiosity in working with runners and endurance enthusiasts. Especially those who love to play outside. And if you don’t, she will probably encourage/firmly nudge you to do so because outside is such a good place for healing! Erin also understands the physical demands of training at the highest level as she participated in competitive jump roping for many years, all the way through college, earning national and international titles, while coaching as well.

In addition to her orthopedic background, she has experience treating vestibular PT aka dizziness, vertigo, POTS, post-concussion syndrome, and balance.

Beyond patient care, Erin loves to be in wild remote spaces wildflower hunting, running, prancing, hiking, and especially skiing. She dabbles in MTN biking, gravel cycling, climbing, and baking tasty treats. She is addicted to pickling, spinning wool, knitting and gardening. She is often found with her adventure partner Bobby and pup Ani.
